At Monkey Puzzle Bedford, every meal is an opportunity to nourish and delight. Our freshly prepared breakfasts, snacks, hot lunches, and teas are designed to support your child’s growth, health, and developing palate, offering a variety of tastes, textures, colours, and shapes. Children are encouraged to eat independently, stay hydrated with fresh water throughout the day, and enjoy at least five portions of fruit and vegetables, with all dietary needs thoughtfully catered for by our qualified chef.

Every space is designed to inspire curiosity, learning, and play. Our Baby, Toddler, and Preschool rooms feature child-sized furniture, books, toys, and creative materials, while our outdoor areas and garden act as classrooms for exploration. All children can also enjoy our multi-sensory room, a calm, stimulating space full of lights, textures, sounds, and interactive equipment to spark imagination and support focused learning.

At Monkey Puzzle Bedford, children learn through play in a safe, nurturing environment. Our EYFS-based curriculum develops communication, physical, and emotional skills while encouraging curiosity in literacy, maths, understanding the world, and expressive arts. Key Persons support each child’s progress, inside and outside the classroom, with extra activities like cookery, French, and sensory play enriching their learning every day.
